CISS's Projects

I just completed a three-month internship with CISS. My role there was as a marketing intern. The Canadian International School System (CISS) includes CIS, BCIS, CVK, and AES. Working in this educational atmosphere is a true challenge for me because this is a whole new sector for me. However, after three months at CISS, I've learned a lot, and those experiences have helped me a lot in my personal development.

For the first 6 weeks at CISS, I got the chance to get used to writing and creating content for social media posts, and email; managing CISS's fan pages, and also designing some simple images using Canva.

I also help organize and run CISS events such as Open Days for each school, Holiday events like Easter, and theme classes. Here, I learned how to set up and decorate for various events, as well as how to connect with guests, complete check-in, and enjoy the event like everyone else.

For the next 6 weeks of my marketing internship, I've been learning about performance marketing, helping to design the Customer Journey for CISS, setting up adverts for Zalo and Facebook, searching for target demographics, and so on. These are abilities that I was not taught in school, therefore this information helps me a lot in understanding another field of marketing, which helps me grow my knowledge even further.
