Intrepid Vietnam belongs to Intrepid Asia, a leading Southeast Asia e-commerce and digital solutions provider. ITP offers end-to-end omnichannel ecommerce management, a wide range of digital marketing services, and advanced market intelligence, all powered by state-of-the-art in-house technology, to our client base of leading international brands across all key marketplaces and social platforms in all 6 SEA countries. Some of the big partners I have had the chance to work with at Intrepid Vietnam include Puma, Adidas, Wipro Group, Boehringer Ingelheim, Perfetti Van Melle, and so on.


Working at Intrepid allowed me to develop and refine my creative skills. As a Livestream execution & coordinator, I planned and produced livestream events to drive engagement and sales, preparing scripts, videos, and product showcases for major sales campaigns such as Double Day, Payday, and Holiday Sales across platforms like Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada. I created tailored livestream scripts for a wide range of brands across categories—including home appliances for Philips, personal care for Wipro (Romano, Enchanteur, Maxkleen), pet care for BI, and fashion for Adidas and Puma. Beyond scripting, I was also responsible for planning and briefing livestream concepts, ensuring the internal teams produced materials that aligned with each brand’s image and key messaging throughout the livestream.

During my time in this role, I successfully created and coordinated hundreds of livestream sessions, generating billions in revenue and significantly increasing followers and visibility for clients across major e-commerce platforms.

In addition to my main role as a marketing content coordinator, I also gained hands-on experience in KOLs/KOCs marketing. I was responsible for sourcing high-potential KOLs/KOCs through both online and offline channels to expand and diversify the creator network, while also helping brands identify and select the most suitable KOLs that aligned with their image and objectives for livestream collaborations and booking campaigns. Although I did not hold this position for an extended period, I acquired a wealth of knowledge and expanded my comprehension of the KOL/KOC field, which is expanding at a rapid pace.
